    I bought all their software a few years back. Their software is great and GameJackal was a godsend to me and AnyDVD HD is still awesome!

    Unfortunately I don't think you can count this as a deal because they often have 20% off.

        For Blu-Ray playback on a PC there isn't really any free option unless you use the oem PowerDVD which came with your drive (ick) or the VLC method which is a bit temperamental to set up and hasn't been updated for a while so newer discs may not play.

    I like to support software that I use but Anydvd HD is way overpriced IMO. $30 yes, $130 no way. It's not MS Office FFS.

      It's not quite $130 but not super-cheap.

      AnyDVD HD (with free updates for 1 year)
      CloneDVD (with free updaes for 1 year)

      65.01 euro (for both products with 20% off plus 15% bundling discount applied)
      = ~85 Australian dollars

      AnyDVD HD (with free updates for 1 year)

      50.40 euro (for just the one product with 20% discount)
      = ~66 Australian dollars

    Yeah, I think the sub payments definitely drive people to crack the software. If the prices were more reasonable and not on a subscription basis I am sure Slysoft would attract a lot more legit customers. As for PowerDVD, it has one of the worst UI for video playback software I have encountered. Often I have to manually browse through video file after video file to find the extras on my disc, sometimes it stops responding and just crashes. It is seriously hopeless.
