  I just bought a wii mario kart bundle last week at DickSmith for $74.25 and it really is terrible and pathetic quality games in everthing Ive bought so far. I've always been a nintendo fan up until a few days ago, I am very dissapointed. Its a shame they have to compensate for thier lack of market share by ripping thier customers off by releasing games not worth a penny. I never knew how bad the quality was until I bought one and wonder why no one has mentioned it before ?I will not be buying the Wii U because of this. Good find though

    Why are they terrible and pathetic quality? apart from the fact it is now what 5 years old (the console) all the games are the same sort of stuff on all the other nintendo platforms. not sure why you suddenly wouldn't be a fan anymore.

      It's closer to 6.5 - 7 years. Hit North America in November 2006.

      Anyway Mario Kart Wii for me was a massive disappointment. Just couldn't get into it. I found the rubber banding insane and the game still lacks enough multiplayer arena's to keep things fresh. Personally I think the N64 version is still the home console highlight. Having half the maps as classic remakes made it hard for me to elevate this entry above the other titles in the franchise.

      There's other good Wii games out there though. I liked both of the Zelda titles and theres a fair few Mario games worth ones time.

    Get the $5 component cable from target. I too was shocked at the quality from the standard rca cables.
