  • I'm a little confused if this is a good deal or not :/

Guess 25% off for old stock is OK.

    • It's not just the old stock matter though. I actually like the shape of them more than the other generation nanos.

      • you're right, it's a little easier to hold with one hand and scroll with your thumb

  • Yeah, just thought I'd post this in case someone prefers the older gen and the fact that I hear from retailers over and over again that they don't make much out out of them.

Still no Rockbox support for these. Damn!

  • This IS a good deal. It's only $10 more expensive than a refub 3G Nano 8gb pink one from Apple website directly. Great find aldog!

Note: Clicking on Clearance gives a popup that states : "Ex-demo products, products with a minor cosmetic imperfection, or new products that have been heavily reduced in price."

  • Hey who're you calling short and fat? What did the third generation ever do to you, buddy?

    :)

    • lol - now they've gone all skinny and model-like!

  • Goes to show how much of a sensational bargain those 8Gb Samsung T10's were at $80 last year!
Sure, these are iPods, but 6 months later, the cheapest 8Gb iPod you can get is still twice the price!!

    • And yet I'd still gladly pay 2x for the iPod.

Kinda like saying why bother paying $15'000 for a Holden Barina when you can move to India and buy a brand new Tata for $2000.

      • Id buy the tata.
Heck, I'd buy 7 tata's- one for each day of the week and still have $1000.

There is nothing wrong with a Samsung MP3 player.
        It has bluetoth built in.
The software needs improving but thats about it.
Considering an 8GB Samsung P2 @ around $90 from DSE for a floor model.
