      tl2 is pretty new, and i dont think it has any mods lol.

        Actually Torchlight 2 has awesome mod support, straight through the Steam workshop http://steamcommunity.com/workshop/browse/?appid=200710

        There are probably some essential mods people recommend using even on the first play-through so have a look around to see if anything interests you first.

    TL2 is what D2 couldn't achieve in terms of game features and dynamics.

    Paid $10 for TL2, was the best "value" $10 I have spent this generation (owning ps3, 360, wii, psp, ds and pc).

    The official mod tools have been out a little while and the modding scene is picking up nicely. Offline and LAN play are also supported.

    Basically this game takes a great big filthy demon turd all over diablo 3's face, better in literally every way at a fraction of the cost.

    Try to get some friends in for co-op (think up to 8 player games are now supported) but its still excellent solo.
