If you want to generate one for youself, Change the "f=Skinny" bit to "f=YourName" in the above link and you can generate one for youself. You can then do one for your girlfriend, dog, cat..

You can then become a bit more creative and change the expiry month, year on the address line and use it all the time.

    I've got a dozen or so cards from AMF with the exact same promo. My cards has no expiry dates on them either.
