No it doesnt come with more attachments, it comes with different attachments, if you want to mount this on a surf board this is the one, if you want to mount it on a helmet / bike go for the standard black edition.
shipping / delievery can take between 1 and 5 working days depending on if your in a metro region and depending on the shipping options you choose. Regional remote areas and PO Boxes can take up to 7 wroking days for delivery
Warranty claims are fairly easy as we have a 3rd party company handle warranty claims in Sydney.

Its not that the bundle lacks so much, but rather has different offers, the Surf edition is targeted at people who enjoy surfing and there by comes with the surf mount as standard rather than the general helmet mounts.
