just want to share my experience, i was made a very small order which cost around $30 only and it was delayed for about 1 week. Flingshot kindly sent us a notice email and further an excuse email. They even offer us a further discount on their already competitive prices for those customers who had problem with the delayed order, i made the move and sent them some email, all were promptly answered even it was during weekend. The offer was so sweet that i could not even believe it.
