    lol. It's like microsd cards and lifetime warranty. They are meant to die after a while.

    The warranty is for the "lifetime" of the product. So if the product dies then the warranty ends…

    Although in Australia there is something called "statutory warranty" although I don't know what that would be for this particular product.
