      3.55, I remember reading that only the 1st batch of slim ps3's had 3.50 firmware so this probably has 3.6+ unless it's old stock.

  Is this a better deal than the 12GB bundle? Not a heavy gamer but 12GB seems like really small HDD space, I know one way is to sell the Skylanders bundle and buy external HDD instead.

  Can anyone advise if there are considerable difference between the two in terms of performance?
