Angry Birds has been relaunched on WP8, with updated levels and higher RES. Will be free until may 15.
and yes, you can earn all the same achievements again. But smash 250k blocks has been replaced with play for 30 hours.
angry birds for wp7 has been pulled from the store, and replaced with a non Xbox version, like space and star wars, but is also up to date with the levels.
