I placed an order on tmart for a torch on the second last day of march (someone post a deal here). Contact them after two weeks. They asked me to be patient. Now one whole month passed. Sent a message to them yesterday to ask them to refund, as I still have nt received it. Got reply just now. Blah blah blah…it takes 30-45 days…be patient….
Anyone here has received the torch yet? What should I do? Can I ring my credit card company to get my money back?

I've had nothing but problems with them, also. Will not respond to emails until you start a PayPal dispute. Why deal with them?

I have placed several orders with Tmart and thus far haven't had any issues.
Average delivery time - as it is with all the freeship China sites - is about a month. Sometimes things arrive around the three week mark, five weeks is not unusual. Experience with Buyincoins and others is very similar. The fastest I've EVER received anything from an offshore freeshipper was a fortnight.
If you order from DX, six or even eight weeks may well be your fate.

As far as outright loss is concerned, I've been lucky, but for some people - undoubtedly, and regularly, through no fault of the 'shipper - items get nicked or otherwise go astray along the way. It's the small gamble you take for for paying so little.
A couple of you above mentioned 'Paypal' and 'dispute'.

I have maybe ordered half a dozen items from tmart the past year.
I've received everything, although never quickly.
Given the dirt cheap prices, I don't expect them to be sent quickly, now would it particularly bother me if the $2 item failed to turn up.
Seems some people are over impatient to get their $1 thingies.

I had an issue when I ordered a HDMI cable from them. Didn't come for 3 weeks. Paypal dispute resulted in refund.

Even for a single item shipment, three weeks is normal. I made a multiple item order on the 1st of April. Hasn't arrived yet and that too is par for the course.
Mattgal - good going on the torch though. As I indicated above, two weeks to the day from an order placement is the best I've ever got.
Yeah true, 3 weeks seems reasonable, but it was a while ago so not 100% sure about the time frame but I remember it was a lot longer than what was promised on their website

Same here, I received an email from Tmart that they had sent the torch but I hadn't collected it. Apparently they would give me a "special" offer of a $3 reshipping fee or 80% refund.
When I filed the PayPal dispute, they immediately changed tone, and told me to wait another 2 weeks and to close the dispute immediately.
Obviously I refused to do so. I will probably wait another week then I will escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim.
I suggest the OP does the same.
