Just an update: My first order from Artcow arrived today, unexpectedly early (only 10 days had passed since I made the order). While the canvas prints weren't in cardboard postage tubes (to save on shipping weight & cost?), they were quite well packed in several layers of plastic and tissue paper. The print quality was good, very similar to what I saw on my calibrated monitor except perhaps 2% darker. A little had been cropped off the longer sides, so if you want to avoid any cropping, either don't fill beyond the bleed line; add a border during on the Artscow site; or else extend the canvas in Photoshop by 5-10% and fill with the background colour of your choice. You get better with experience.
