  My guess is that either:
  - they quoted you a discount on the silver, or
  - they put a '3' in the quote price instead of a '4'

  I highly doubt any JB store will honour this price due to the reasons above. If you got one at that price, well done to you sir. I'm not going to +ve this just because you managed to get this price, but if others do, then I'll follow suit (and head down to JB's to try my luck too)..

  I can confirm that it was purchased at this price. A collegue got it at lunch, where I work we get corporate rates and the quotes can be redeemed by anyone without any proof of employment, the quote itself is on JB hifi invoice

  I'm surprised there's not much concern about the problems associated with the gopro 3 black.

  I've got a go pro 2 and haven't had any real issues with it, though I am interested in the 'new' features on the black edition. The numerous problems people have mentioned are quite concerning, even at a discounted price like this, it sounds like a dud of a product.

  Went it tonight and got shot down. Manager said there is no way they can sell for that price without a direct email from JB commercial to the store including your specific details, as it is well under cost.
