Nah that's only if you buy things online. Otherwise they would be super double dipping if you are paying say the VAT or other sales taxes…

The dock says it can only handle the dustbin and water version not the dust bin only one.

You just empty the bag when its full and reuse it. If the bag eventually wears out but I dont see how it would if your vac is just sucking…
