Well that's just the CPU, a normal PC with dGPU could use 50-100W at idle to low loads. A micro PC might be able to do the exact same thing…

People usually complain about the VRM, not the chipset. This board has a weak VRM but it shouldn't have any issue with this CPU.

I don't know much about that or how heavily used it'll be but Intel with iGPU seems heavily recommended for it.

I wouldn't recommend a 5700X for server use because they have pretty high idle power consumption (~20W).

If it's only for games it's not a good match value wise, it'll barely be any faster than a 5600 or 5700X.
