Video call was just a common example. I don't know. Ask A-H that question.

Even 12/1 is still available.

2Mbps upload is just enough for a 720p video call. Yeah 10Mbps or more upload is better.

It's possible to saturate 20/2 with low use. I'm not suggesting they get 1000/50. You said "100-250 Mbps down - paying $100+/month." and I…

You can't compare the difference between 100/20 to 500/50 vs your 20/2 speed. 2Mbps upload is hardly enough.

No, I never said they need 1000Mbps. It depends on how many users there are. Yeah you can splurge on networking hardware if you want. There…

I agree. By the way 1000/50 is $99/m ongoing. Whoever pays $100 or more a month for 100-250 is getting ripped off.

Good to know, thanks. You would have to change ISP and rejoin More/Tangerine to get put on IPoE.

New Tangerine customers that signed up from June 2, 2025 use IPoE. Old Tangerine customers use PPPoE with a username and password.

443GB average was for home use.

It is up to the ISP if they use IPoE or PPPoE for the authentication method. I used to have FTTC using IPoE.

Except FTTN nodes have no value. Straight to e-waste 😂

12 months however sometimes they don't give you a second round of discounts. Give Leaptel a call.

FTTN has a 50 maximum at your home. FTTP is 1000 and soon to be 2000 maximum.

5G is suitable for some users however 5G is not a substitute for FTTP. 5G and FTTP complement each other. In AU the fixed line internet…

Telstra SM G2 is suitable for FTTP. Plugin the ethernet cable from Telstra's WAN port to the nbn NTD box (usually the UNI-D1 port).

FTTP is superior and not everyone can get 5G.

CG-NAT blocked the work VPN. The VPN should work if you ask the ISP turn off CG-NAT.
