    If your monthly 10% is available you sure can. Think it takes the 10% off after the 20% though so just be aware

  Anybody used pre-paid cards (Coles Mastercard gift card, Shopback Supermarket cards, etc) to pay Coles Online before? Guessing it should work as they do in store but it's a hassle to order now and find out only tomorrow (the earliest available pickup time) if there's a problem.

  Anybody using the Coles Plus Saver 10% monthly discount, did you note if the price on the order page included the 10% discount or not after you choose to apply the discount? In the past it used to show the reduced price but today I noticed it didn't. It just said the final invoiced amount would be reduced. But there's no evidence after the fact that the option was selected so if they don't apply the discount it's hard to prove it was selected.

    Mine didn't either both times I've used it, it's quite bizzaire.

    The first time the only way I could tell it had actually applied was because the next day shopping @ coles I didn't get the 10% prompt and when the final money was taken from paypal it was the proper less 10% amount.

  it's all well and good offering these great 20% off promotions…BUT I AM SICK & TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS THEM!

  Either the item is "Temporarily unavailable" when trying to select & order OnLine…or once order is confirmed, and email confirming same is received; text on the morning of the day of collection…order is ready…ALL IS GOOD…go to the store for Click'N'Çollect….SORRY! Item couldn't be delivered. No Rainchecks…no option to obtain from another store, no option to substitute or accept less of items numbers ordered…just: TOO BAD! SORRY…GOODBYE!

  Am so pissed off with this crap…has happened on multiple occasions…and you ring Customer Service…NO CHANGE! A simple…"Bad Luck - Goodbye!"

    Coles has had endemic logistics issues for years, and not made any obvious attempts to fix them. Their online model is flawed as a result and customers end up disappointed because they're buying stock that doesn't exist, with customer service unable to resolve problems.

  I must be a conspiracy theorist! Finding it almost impossible to access Coles online Liquor page. Liquor is not listed as a product or group. Even using the App…same result. Tried searching using a number of criteria [Liquor; Bourbon; Wild Turkey; Jack Daniels; Jim Beam Bourbon; all products searched came up as "an item couldn't be added or updated" or "No Products Found your search for "jim beam bourbon" returned no results"

  I can only conclude the Coles are limiting access to any Liquor product…and this particular "GIFT20" promotion is supposed to be valid to May14…so was surely still current yesterday as I wasted untold time trying to bag a half dozen bottles! Really p!ssed!!

  FWIW…I used SAVETEN at Firstchoice liquor - only valid thru to Saturday 18th

    None of those problems here. If you haven't already, maybe try changing the pickup location to a different store. Make sure you choose one that has a liquor store attached.
