    Tcn good food giftcard, is it same as the restaurant choice giftcard? Can use any restaurants.

      Doesn't work at all restaurants. Tried to use it the other day and it failed. Previously worked with TCN Restaurant GC (orange colour)

      The gift card in this deal that is the most similar to Restaurant/Café Choice gift cards would be the TCN Pub & Bar gift card, as the TCN Pub & Bar gift card can be used at restaurants and bars using the correct MCCs (as well as “country clubs”). Having said that:

      • TCN Pub & Bar gift cards cannot be used at restaurants using the Fast Food Restaurant MCC (5814). Someone told me they tried that earlier this year and their gift card was declined (and the TCN app indicated that the merchant was not using a permitted MCC).

      • If you want to add a TCN Pub & Bar gift card to a supported mobile wallet, you need to submit a request to TCN to exchange your physical gift card for the digital Mastercard version. (This is covered in more detail in the FAQ linked at the bottom of the deal description.)

      • The physical TCN Pub & Bar gift card cannot be used at merchants using Square EFTPOS terminals, because Square does not process payments on the eftpos network if you swiped the payment card. On the other hand, Square EFTPOS terminals will process swipe payments from a physical Restaurant/Café Choice (Visa) gift card.

        For TCN shop, can I use multiple gift cards on Kogan website? No one seems to know. Someone else asked previously, but the question wasn't answered :(

          I do not know myself, because I have never shopped on Kogan.

          I checked the TCN Shop webpage, and it says an unlimited number of Kogan gift cards can be redeemed in one transaction at Kogan.

          I am not sure if anyone else can give a more firm answer.

    only in November each year is when they have 15% off Good Food card at Coles

    otherwise 10% off Restaurant Choice Gift Card is the next best option

    Bought and paid with Tcn eftpos from Woolies at first coles, no issue. Second coles, dumb staff kept saying cannot use gift card to pay for gift card because I took out Tcn eftpos too early. She kept saying in the twenty years she works there, it won’t work, coles won’t allow. She called her manager over and manager said same thing but willing to let me try so that she can witness the failed transaction. It went through fine. No idea why these two guarded the gc like that.
