  • Bought recently. Literally stunned by sound quality under water. Sounds fine to me even without using the special ear plugs too

    • Any ear plugs will do. Plugs do muddy the sound a bit but reduces the splashing you hear. Get some soft moldable ones from Amazon. Much better

    • Do you use these with your phone with you or are they strong enough to leave your phone on the pool edge and still get connection¿

      • A quick look at the details show that these ones have 4Gb storage and no Bluetooth features.

  • yup, i bought at shokz.com.au black friday sale for $169, so this is a good deal - and agree w/ jo b - sound quality under water is awesome. my wife loves them for doing laps

    • Lowest i found was $144 in feb with some deal stacking. I paid $220 two years ago

  • +1

$10 off voucher to new accounts gets it to $157

  • the lack of bass is the only thing stopping me from purchasing it
id rather keep fiddling with earbuds while running until Shokz do some sort of improvement, somehow

    • Definitely don't get these if audio fidelity is important to you. Stick with wired headphones for that. These are for background listening

  • Can the openswim be used for running as well or do you specifically need the openrun for runs? Much difference?

    • +1

Openswim is an MP3 player. Other models are all Bluetooth headsets

      • Thank you kind person <3

        • i use the openswim for running so i dont have to carry my phone with me. main drawback is that theres no fast forward or rewind function, but you can skip tracks

  • Offer ended

    • Thanks. A new version is coming that is both waterproof and has Bluetooth. If it comes out soon and is reasonably priced I'd go for that
