This comment on how to get a proxy and save good money on getting NBA League Pass was great. Very helpful for myself and many other.

The winners are bangbang for choosing this comment from Trance N Dance.
Many years ago, we used to give prizes for the best/most useful comment of the week.
With thousands of comments everyday, it's difficult for moderators to find the great ones (very easy to find the bad ones). Let's see how this competition goes and see if we can make it a more regular thing.
Starts: Friday, 18 October 2013 10:30AM AEST
Ends: Friday, 18 October 2013 7:59PM AEST
Description
- Find a great/useful comment. It could be useful advice to an OzBargainer to assist in finding a bargain, tips to save money or whatever comment you feel has contributed to the conversation.
- Link to the original comment in your comment below.
- Please make sure the comments are from this year (2013).
Prizes:
- $20 gift card (Amazon, Amazon.co.uk, Bunnings, JB Hi-Fi, iTunes, Skype) for the user who points out the comment
- $20 gift card (Amazon, Amazon.co.uk, Bunnings, JB Hi-Fi, iTunes, Skype) for the user who made the original comment
T-shirts for the 2.
Rules:
- Entries will be judged by moderators.
- 1 prize per person but feel free to submit multiple entries.
- Contest may be extended if the moderators deem there are too few entries.
FYI: OzBargain will be turning 7 next month so there will be a big contest coming up.

How do you find the link to the comment? Sorry all I know is to copy and paste the link to the web page :p noob. If there is any best comment it has to be from the thread about ozbargainers tight arse habits… Spent hours reading and re-reading them haha. Would of nominated real family man who reuse packaging for cornflakes but that's dated 2012.another comment I found really helpful is by inasero right at the bottom of page 3 http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/69388?page=3. Common sense on how to save money on a daily basis but then such a helpful checklist!
If you hover your mouse next to the time, which is to the right of the username a paragraph symbol appears.

This comment gets my vote for most useful. been wondering how to do that for a while.
Cool. $20 for each of us. See ya suckers!
It isn't very intuitive is it? Might make sense to have the time linked to the comment.
Well… my comment did get the most plus votes in this post… does that mean I win?
For touch enabled devices, a light touch on the username will do the same thing P
Works on my phone & tablet

Helps me to figure out that you can buy apps using telstra prepaid sim card. Thus getting credits for phone plus free credit to use for apps every month. Brilliant!

An insanely useful comment that has changed my internet experience (no more geoblocking!) and improved my life (I got through 8 seasons of Family Guy for free! :D) ever since I came across it.
redpump's comment here http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/100170 about using jet star price beat. i have used this a few times since then. prior to this i had seen tiger airways sales and always thought 'not for me' as i like to actually get where i am going. having been made aware of this i now see the sales and get straight on the phone to jetstar. I have scored $9 flights from that particular deal and $10.80 ones this week. I get to fly on a better airline, dont have to pay booking fees (the booking fee is $51 on tiger site) and no credit card surcharges. I am flying return to sydney from brisbane in march. for the three of us return it is costing under $65 total!!!!
why did people neg my commnt? :'(
i didn't neg you but it's probably because you didn't link it directly to the comment
ok ta. here is the link to the comment http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/100170#comment-1340940
One of my favourite comments (and entire thread actually) comes from LolwutMikka and the awesome assistance unlocking the Motorola Defy bargain.
LolwutMikka's work saved me between $30 - $50, countless hours and no doubt saved others a stack too!

Actually, I have one last entry. Technically it's 16953 entries as they are all worthy!
Sorry people. That was meant in good humor. OzBargain wouldn't be a same without this guy!

tonester's comment noting everyone that Rush is also available in states other than Victoria. Probably because it got marked Expired relatively quickly, I (and probably any others that bothered to read the comments section) finally had the chance to experience a free movie premiere. I rarely ever get the chance to because these burn out so quickly for major cities!
So without tonester's comment, I would never have got the chance for a free movie and popcorn (they gave out popcorn for some reason). What is the tightest thing you do on a regular basis?

Haven't paid a single dollar on cc fees for Qantas flights ever since! When will it be my turn to be helpful?

Actually there's away around the credit card fee (or the booking fee or whatever it's called for not using BPAY)
Just buy a gift voucher in your own name and then use it. Saves you the $7.70 fee for domestic and $30 for international. They however won't work for multi-city itineraries. Make sure to double check the terms and conditions of the gift voucher though, they may have changed since I last checked. They also have minior problems if you want to cancel or change flights, so I've been told by QF customer service.
Well done everyone. Check out the blog to see all the comments in full.
