You need to select pickup and select your desired location at checkout, or the code won't apply. Appears to work on a few different items I selected, sold/shipped by Amazon AU.

      yeah i managed to get it to work with subscribe and save for my Huggies nappies!

      You have to first not use S&S, then on the payment page, click on the S&S checkbox if it is there.

      Just making sure that you selected pickup at checkout and selected the pickup location, before entering the code? If you try and enter it while it still for delivery it won't apply.

    If anyone is having the "promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase" issue despite fulfilling the terms and conditions, contact support and they will apply an automatic $10 off your next purchase regardless of delivery address (so you can get it sent to your home) and the $10 credit never expires.

      I am getting conflicting messages from support. First one said I would have to order first then reach out manually for them to provide me a $10 credit, got disconnected and then second consultant is saying that the $10 credit will automatically be credited within 24 hours regardless if I placed an order or not.

      Which one is correct from your experience?

        I would contact support again and hope they do the same as they did for me. If they suggest something else, ask if they can simply add $10 credit to your account as a quick way to resolve the issue.

        I think you'll get the $10 from support one way or another as long as you're eligible.

      Thanks, after about an hour they applied the promo code for me. They made me buy the item and couldn't get the pick up code to work on their end. Even asked me to pick it up and request a refund which i said no. So eventually gave me the $10 credit to my account.

          I had a slang name on my amazon account) dating back to pre-Oz launch), made collection a bit of a drama - had to log in to prove my order on phone. Would recommend ensuring delivery name matches ID 👍
          Lots of alcohol sold by amazon, if less than $50 better deal than Coles 20% off, and a helluva lot easier to collect/carry than a 36-slab of Coke (also sold by Amazon > $25)
