  All you give with your survey, is the store number, receipt number and date, they are not asking for what you bought.

      I wonder if they have ever thought to use this data without even giving me 1000 points?

      It is THEIR computer system, I have already used my FLYBUYS card when I made the purchase, they dont need my survey to know what I bought, they know that already and like many other companies they are using that data to target me and you.

    DEvok I dont really understand why you are asking this.

    With this offer, you get $5 off if you buy $100 worth of groceries after you complete the survey.

    If you are wanting to know if you go and buy $100 worth of cards at Coles and then get these for $95**, so you can effectively spread your $100 over a monthly period, by then buying your groceries with those cards, I would say why bother.

    By taking the 1000 flybuys points instead, you get the same as $5 off*** and you dont need to buy even a dollars more of product. Then you can use the $100 you would have spent to get some 5% off cards from another source (like entertainment book etc) and get a further 5%.

    Or have I got it wrong again?

    ** Or is it $105 worth and buy for $100 . Whatever its the same strategy
