But if you can wait, Haswell is coming out in the 2nd of June, but I dont know how long before Aus will get it. Maybe Aug or Nov?

I bought a 3770K for $326 in January. Have prices gone up? Just checked Computer Alliance again (where I bought from) and their current price is $331. $328 hardly qualifies as a bargain.

Official release for Haswell is June 2, they will have stock at the intel warehouse in Sydney by that date, so will be available for purchase within a day or two., not 3 months like the OP said.
