Should do as the UK is on the same power voltage although you'll need an AU power lead to replace the UK power lead. A couple of dollars at a store. Should play AU games too just fine.
This power lead from Jaycar will suffice. That will be all you need.
What's the deal on warranty with these consoles sourced from OS? Is it international??
My buddy bought the same as $302 deal above for $298 from DSE a couple of months back. All things being equal, surely with the pending release of new consoles from both MS & Sony we'll be seeing similar prices locally again quite soon?
if you dont have a xbox 360 and are not likely to get a 360 and a "durango" id wait til around E3 because there is considerable speculation the "durango" console will require a constant internet connection. Also there speculation Microsoft will hold there own mini event before e3.

yes, though it will work for PAL games just fine
thanks for that info, so games are fine but i cant play my region 4 DVDs on this machine then. guess i might wait and see of MLN can do another of it's xbox deals
On a positive note all the Region 2 DVD's from Amazon UK will play just fine.
