We are in the process of doing a remodel. we have been told the name is but not the website.
How is this better than a teapot or kettle?
Just keeps it warm longer
So… Thermos flask 2.0?
Not my cup of tea.
I got this and have not looked back, I think I paid a fair bit more too. If you enjoy the taste of good tea then the brewing function will be worth the extra money over a kettle.
I just put my teabags directly in the cup. I don't see why I'd want to put them first in this pot before pouring…
The idea with this is to use loose leaf tea
was still typing as you wrote this! I was replying to the top thread
That would ruin most green teas that don't really come in bags. With black tea, which i buy in bags(dilmah strong), i find the taste far smoother after it has brewed at 95 degrees for 3 minutes
Well jv unfortunately your cup does not have a 1 litre capacity. Obviously people value different things… and for frequent tea drinkers they're willing to pay more for tea makers. Is that too hard to understand?
If you are a real tea enthusiast.. Spend the extra on the Breville tea maker.. I bought one for my partners birthday.
I paid $199 and it was worth every cent. mmmmmmm tea
I like your style, buying it for "your partner" then enjoying the present every day yourself. :-)
Lucky she doesn't browse this site :)
how did you get it for $199?
What makes the Breville so much better than the Morphy Richards Tea Maker?
The Breville is a very nice looking unit. We have it on special at the moment.
Here is the link if you want to take a look -

Thanks ADO. Is there any chance of getting an even better price on the Breville?
Unfortunately not. Although by only a little we are the cheapest selling this online. The Breville is stainless steel so costs more than the Morphy Richards.
The Breville actually keeps the water at the perfect temp and lowers the tea basket into the water.. The morphy richards just heats the water then pumps it up and over the tea..
Also has better keep wamr feature/ auto start up in the morning etc
They will both make a superior cup of tea over the traditional tea bag and kettle method.
Same seller as above ($187 now)
Never mind, found what I was looking for
Has anybody ever told you that your website looks very similar to appliancesonline.com.au ?
