  Anyway, my hosting still has 9 months left on it. Is there any way to extend it by another 3 years with this deal?

    Hi Wang. Not with this deal, but as the email says we are doing a promotion for existing customers very soon. Of course it won't be 75% off but will be at least 25%. :)

    Hi mick123. We offer these deals for new customers as an incentive to give us a try. Once the prepaid period expires customers pay full price or take up one of our Customer Appreciation Day promotions to get a small discounted renewal. We are a business after all, we still need to make money to provide the service and the support!

      Can existing customers purchase these hosting plans, and then migrate the existing data (E.g. e-mails and domain) across?

        You can, but keep in mind that cPanel won't let you add a domain name that already exists in our cluster. If you currently used domain1.com for your cPanel and signed up under domain2.com, then you can do it. Otherwise, if you sign up as domain1.com the order will fail.

  No, 'bait and switch' is something else entirely.

  It is a discount offered to new customers, in order to attract these new customers.

  It appears that existing customers can make use of this offer - but only by 'opening' a new account (that is, by buying a new service). They can not 'extend' their current service(s) at a 75% discount by taking up this offer.
