  Rep, how come you can't compete with the outlet at harbourtown on the goldcoast?
  They had 40% off a few weeks ago and their prices were considerably cheaper than these online prices.

    Thank you for your question. The clearance items were already discounted up to 40% off on newbalance.com.au. We are offering an additional 10% off those reduced prices temporarily until the 27th. The outlet store inventory might differ from our online inventory. That is probably why the prices are different in store and online. Thanks a lot!

      The outlets had 40% off already reduced prices whereas the online store discount seems to be off the original or RRPrice.
      As mentioned there would naturally be different stock as the clearance outlets generally have older stock.

      Ok to be more specific they had the 1080v2's for $90 vs your reduced price of $118. The 1080's were the most expensive pair of Shoes they had at $90. All the others were down to as slow as $40
      They also had the tech run short for $12 vs your $20.25.

    Probably a different company (ie. licensee) - newbalance.com.au doesn't list any Gold Coast stores.

    the shoes i refer above, on the main page has
    $100.80(reg $160.00)
    but after clicking the image, product page has
    $100.80 (reg $112.00)

    from 160 to 112 is 30% off not 40%, but then correct another 10% to 100.80

  How long does delivery usually take? My order is showing as pending so curious how long it takes to pack and send.

    Got to say I am not too impressed with New Balance. No reply here from the rep and no answer to my email to their "customer service". The site says allow 24 hours for despatch but my order still says pending. I was hoping the order would at least have been sent by now.
