Can't comment on the specific price of this game, but there's a difference between shady grey market key re-sellers and Amazon…
Not all third party steam cd key retailers are the same, but I would be more careful after the whole Natural Selection 2 incident, where they deactivated over a thosand CD keys that where bought with stolen credit cards and then resold via a few cheap cd key resellers
