  1. To claim your $50 Westfield XS gift card you must:

Go online to www.citizenwatches.com.au/mothersday and complete the online form which includes entering the unique Claim Code found on your Citizen Redemption Card included in the sale of each eligible Citizen L model.

A $50 Westfield XS gift card will be posted to the nominated postal address within 10 business days from receipt of a completed form.
