Over one year's supply of Vitamin D3. I take these myself, way cheaper than anything I can find in Australia. Blackmores Vitamin D3 in 1,000iu capsules is approx AU$25.00 for a bottle of 200.

I live in Far North Qld and last year I was diagnosed with Vitamin D Deficiency! Probably because I hate the heat and avoid the sun. My GP prescribed 6 weeks supply of Vitamin D in a high dosage of 50,000iu per capsule which cost over $50.00.

These 5,000iu capsules once every two days are the ideal maintenance dose. I've been taking them for over 6 months and my last blood test shows I am maintaining normal Vitamin D levels.

IMHO iHerb is the best online supplements and health food store in the world. Shipping is cheaper & faster then domestic orders within Australia. I normally use the DHL shipping which takes around 4-5 days to be delivered. If order cost is over $40.00 shipping is $8.00

I have also been taking Doctors Best CoQ10 which is also on special. I started taking this with Doctors Best Magnesium Glycinate about 2 months ago and for the first time in years I've been able to reduce my migraines and headaches from 3-4 per week to about 1-2 per fortnight. I tried so many different magnesium supplements bought in Australia at very high prices but none helped until I bought Magnesium Glycinate from iHerb which is recommended by Neurologist Dr Russell Blaylock in his book about Excitotoxins.

  • This Dr Blaylock appears to be a quack who looks like he's looking to make a buck by fobbing off bogus treatments. Not that magnesium won't help your headache, I'm just saying some of the nonsense he claims is utter BS and non evidence based what so ever.

He is really a poor representation of the healthcare profession I believe.

    • I am not defending anybody though, however you never know if you never try though.

I do like iHerb though, everything on there is ALOT cheaper than Australia. If my GP recommends me to have some vitamins, I look on there for it since its at least 50% cheaper than the local pharma.

  • Was that a referral link, I got it off retailmenot, was happy to get the extra $10 off..

  • I would have bought this but I have over a years supply laid up in 10,000 and 5,000 units. I did however buy some 5000 unit liquid drops as (I believe) a similar savings. I will put a drop in some of my daughter's food every now and then.

  • Great value. I've been buying these for myself and friends at this price from iherb for two years now. The 5000iu 360caps are always on special. In terms of total IU load, you'd need to spend hundreds over here, where the highest dosage is 1000iu.
