Storage for bedroom contents for 12 months - Melbourne

Hey all,

Im going travelling for 12 months and need to find some cheap storage for my stuff.
I will have a queen bed, mattress, bedhead/cabinet, bike, desk, wooden chest and probably about 3 boxes.

I was supposed to store it at my parents place but they may be moving while im away and I dont want to leave my stuff with them to have to deal with during the move.

I am considering anywhere around melbourne and even wouldn't mind someone using my bed, desk, chest as furnishings for a spare room for example.

    12 months? try to sell it. buy new stuff when you return. 12 months storage is probably going to cost more than the stuff is worth

      Yeah it is an option, although I do love my bed. It has a big wooden frame and I have built in a cabinet at one end. And I hunted for months to find the perfect desk!

        Then keep the two perfect things at your parents, not a big hassle, and sell the rest!
