I've also managed to effectively pay just over $170 for a new Galaxy S3 because of a more-than-likely price error on Kogan's website and a claim via 28 Degrees price protection.

Bought some timber blinds from spotlight Springvale, it was one of the worst customer experience of my life. Staff were rude, waited 15 minutes to get through the 1 open register.. And when I finally got there she scanned, I paid, got out.
When I took the 3 blinds out of my ute when I got home, I saw I was charged for 2, these were $130 blinds too! So I made a $130 saving, but one of the blinds was missing some parts and I had to go back. Should I have told them? No, I spent 30 minutes waiting for some one to chase up the spare part.
If the service was good, helpful, done in a timely manner and I had a pleasure shopping there, then I may have said something.
Was browsing a popular online protein store and upon filtering the price from lowest to highest a few popped up that were marked as $0.00. So i added a few kg's worth to the basket and as i felt bad i added a shaker cup so there was something payable in the basket. It was all processed and sent out in a few days !

mother in law sent her car to get serviced. it needed tyres as well so the garage sent it next door to the tyre business for that.
when she got her account it was just for the service and there was no charge for tyres. thinking that the account for tyres would be posted she waited 3 months and nothing arrived. she rang the tyre place and explained the situation and they gave them to her at cost.
both businesses are small family run businesses. karma.
in Chesky Budojovica in 1998 with some friends. it was heading towards winter so 2 friends decided to get coats. went in to a shop they picked their coats out and paid for them by CC. On the train later comparing coats and prices they pulled out the receipts and noticed that when the shop person had entered the amount that she had forgotten the decimal point i.e. she had entered 2.50 rather than 250.00.
i thought of another one. I bought a kindle for my mum for christmas through big w ordered it online in november so id get it in time. Didnt come, called them up, they said if u were willing that i could go in store and get it. (this was a couple days before christmas) Went and got it and then finally got the one i was supposed to get, rang them up about it they said keep it. Also got a refund on the amount. So i got 2 kindles and a refund. They think it got lost in the mail. I thought i gave them heaps of time.
Got a samsung galaxy 3 on vodafone when it was released. After 29 days, i revoked the 1 month network guarantee.
They cancelled the plan and told me they would send me a prepaid sachet to return the phone. Waited 1 week, got nothing. Called them and they said they would send another return sachet. Waited 2 weeks, nothing. Emailed the resolution officer to ask what was owing on my account, he said my account has been closed and i owe nothing. He even sent me a screen shot and the cost of the SG3 was waived (showing a -850.00 next to the handset part).
Waited another 2 weeks for a sachet and got nothing. Sold the phone for $500.

Bought a HTC phone from Mobicity 2 years ago, after 9 months the phone wouldn't go past the htc screen after booting up. Emailed them and they asked me to send it back for warranty, after about 5 days they called me back and said they couldn't fix it and would refund the money back to me. Bought another phone from them with 24 months warranty, for free! :) Best bargain for me.
