Monitor that can rotate (portrait)

Whilst I wait for the Dell UltraSharp U2414M to go on sale again, I am after a monitor that eventually be secondary to the Dell.

I am after one that is can rotate into Portrait mode and is 23" or more in size. The monitor will be for coding, web design work.

Hopefully sub $200 but will consider paying a bit more.

Any recommendations? Should I look at IPS?

There're currently some Dell UltraSharp U2312HM for $158 at Dell DFO (quantity=3 at 9:35AM).

Usually $269 and during sale $244 so at this price it won't last long. It's the same as U2412M except 23" and 16:9 (1920x1080). It can rotate & tilt like most UltraSharp.

  Just bought the 23" (had to wait 10 mins for stock confirmation) and also got the 24" for $290 (couldnt wait for the sale).
