WA finally getting competition in gas market. Wait for incentives?

WA is finally getting competition for gas supply. Kleenheat is advertising that they are cheaper.

Does anyone know if Kleenheat or other competitors offer promotions further down the track? Should I wait to give Alinta the flick?
