Landlord insurance on the cheap

Any reccomendations from those in the know about renters/landlord insurance. Who worth looking into and anyone ever put in a claim?

I m with RACV and they are quiet good at reasonable price. They only serve Vic as you may know.

Have a look at EBM perhaps. We use them for our investment property. Have had to claim once and it was a low hassle process.
