Need an over the door shoe solution and not finding any in retail stores. This seems… ok, but it seems a little off they can't show a full pic of it actually fitted to a door.
I have a similar thing purchased from either bunnings or kmart a couple of years ago. I know I wouldn't have paid $40 for it. Shoes don't fall off when the door is slammed I know this because it is on the door of a room my kids use as a nerf base so the door is constantly being slammed and rammed. I also have free standing ones into garage and find these better ( my husband and kids have big feet now so their shoes overhang on the over the door stand) but obviously the over the door is a space saver.
looks like you will have one massive mess on the floor if the door slams shut
