Hi all, I am looking for a Windows XP Pro upgrade pack from Windows XP home. It is for my MSI Wind u100, I want to remote desktop to it.

Just grab a windows 8 pro upgrade for $55 from goodguys or officeworks and upgrade to windows 8 pro.

Do you really need Pro to remote desktop? What about LogMein or TightVNC?

easternculture, I am after pro upgrade, not a retail copy of xp pro. With pro upgrade, you just enter the key and in afew minutes xp home is turned into pro.

  cant you upgrade from retail , i think it gives you an option iirc , its been a while so not sure, maybe someone can comment
