It's normally $5 during Steam/Amazon sales and less if you buy it with Bioshock 2 but if you can't wait, scrimshaw's link shows a $6.37 one but out of stock with the next one at $10 but it doesn't look like a Steam key, just GFWL.

$8.61 for a Steam key apparently.
