Just lost my phone and can't decide what to do
Option #1
Buy a cheap phone (less than $50) and wait for the Galaxy S4 or Nexus 5
Option #2
Buy a Galaxy S3 or Nexus 4
So what do you think and where can i find the best deal? or is there another phone i should check out?

WTF its going to be used, why wouldnt it drop $50 or even more. This argument doesnt make sense. And You know you would be able to sell it here. No Ozbargainer would buy with only $50 off.
Not only would it drop by more than $50 you would have to go thru the problem of having to arrange to sell it, is it worth the hassle? And the more you want for it the longer it would probably take to sell.
And if it gets scratched etc … there goes the resale price even more.

Never buy android top models that just came out unless its ok to for you to pay early adopter tax… say $100+ drop in a month or 2

Yes, it's a little slow and doesn't have some uber good camera, but it still does pretty much EVERYTHING a new phone does…
I can't justify the upgrade for myself and am quite happy with the way this performs.
Plus - spare parts are CHEAP! :)

No point chasing and waiting for the absolute newest phone imo, once you get the S4 or nexus 5,it'll be out dated in a couple of months. Nexus 4 is awesome for price.

Edit: just read your post above. Are you using some sort of IP changer? It says 'IN STOCK Delivered in 3-5 business days.' for me.
Aren't Kogan doing cheapish Nexus 4 and Galaxy S3 handsets at the moment? They're both fine phones.
