Apparently the version of GFWL that is bundled with it is broken, but the newest manual download of GFWL works fine.
I use the Steam Client, not the GFWL client. I haven't try installing the game. Do you guys have any issues with Steam Client?
You don't have a choice. You install it through Steam but you will still be forced to use GFWL in-game. It's intrusive and irritating - but the game is awesome.
I would buy liberty city episodes if it was the same price the US is paying (4.99)
If a steam special is under $10 I can't resist buying it. :-)
