With the interest in camera tripods recently, I thought this a good candidate. I have no idea of stock in other locations, and they don't appear to be in the online store.
The F153 was originally marked at $19.95 and the F630 was recently at Ted's for $24.95. Maybe I should have bought two of the F630…
Incidentally, 'Skyfall' bluray was $20.

A cheap tripod is a useless tripod. All it does is increase the final price of a good tripod.
How much(or less) is considered cheap? Sub $100?
Sub $300, really. I know it sounds snobby, but anything under that just doesn't do much of a job at reducing vibration, etc., which is one of the main reasons you use one.
I think the majority of people that own a camera use a tripod to frame a shot/setup autoshoot for a family photo. For those people, this $10 tripod will be fine. Hell, I've used this tripod for 2 minute long exposures for astrophotography with a Pentax O-GPS1 attachment and gotten clear images, the whole "reducing vibration" is a load of crap unless you've got really heavy equipment (I had a k-5, a 50mm f/1.4 and the O-GPS1 attachment and it was fine).
Pretty short, good price though.
