Mobi City - Opinion on buying phone?

I've been taking a look at mobi city for awhile.
They seem to have a decent reputation and as well as customer support.

What are your thoughts on the company? any experiences that you could share?

    I bought a HTC Desire Z from them back in 2011 and 9 months later I had to send it in for warranty. They couldn't fix it and Mobicity kindly refunded the money (in store credit) to me as they don't have the phone anymore. Their cust service from my opinion is pretty good. Got a new phone from them and it comes with 24 months warranty (upgraded me thinks).

    I bought my Lumia 610 from them.
    No probs- most of their stock looks like it is imported as my 610 came with a (UK??) plug and a AU adapter
    TIP Search online for discount codes- i got mine $20 off free shipping (couple of years ago now…)

    I bought a couple handsets from them back at the start of 2012. Turned up quickly, had no probs whatsoever.

    Some over-judicious screen-cleaning on my part meant I needed a new digitizer about 10 months later. Contacted them and they passed me on to their local maintenance firm (which coincidentally ended up being about 200m from my house) where I took it in and they fixed it all up free of charge as you'd expect. Phone had been rooted etc. but no questions asked. They did reflash factory firmware which was a bit of an arse but that was the maintenance firm, not mobicity I guess, and they didn't try to void my warranty with me having toyed with it (which I suppose they could have done if they'd wanted to).

    I'd use them again without reservation.
