I found a few places selling the S4 at the moment.

Mobi City - $799 + $19 courier shipping

Unique Mobiles - $799 + $23 courier shipping

Techrific - $784 + shipping (not sure of cost)

Kogan - ?

Dmavo - ?

Harvey Norman - ?

Does anyone have any experiences buying from unique mobiles or techrific?

Techrific shipping costs are insane ~$70.
