Customers who purchase one item may choose a second item of equal or lesser value for free. Prices of free items will be automatically adjusted to “FREE” once added to the customer’s Shopping Bag.
If two (2) of the same item are added to the Shopping Bag, they will be displayed in the Shopping Bag as a single line item with a quantity of “2”. The total price of the items will be discounted by half, reflecting that the customer will be purchasing two (2) of the same item for the price of one (1).
There is no maximum limit to the number of items customers may purchase within the Buy One Get One FREE offer. For example, in a single order customers may purchase two (2) items and get two (2) for free, three (3) items and get three (3) for free, and so on.
To qualify for the Buy One Get One FREE offer, the paid item and the free item must be purchased within a single order. Requests to combine orders to qualify for this offer will not be entertained.
If a free item becomes unavailable, the order will be put on hold and YesWalker.com will notify the customer by email to select a replacement item. If no reply is received by the date indicated in the notification, YesWalker.com will ship the order without a free item. Subsequent requests to have a free item shipped separately or to obtain other compensation will not be entertained.
If only one (1) paid item is ordered and the item is cancelled due to availability issues, the corresponding free item will also be cancelled.
Items purchased as part of our Buy One Get One FREE offer may not be refunded or returned. However, we offer defective and size exchanges.
When exchanging a defective: if the original item is no longer available, the customer may choose a new item as a replacement. If the value of the replacement item is lower than the value of the original item, no refund or compensation will be given. If the value of the replacement item is higher than the value of the original item, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. This term does not apply to free items.
When exchanging a defective free item: if the original free item is no longer available, the customer may choose a new free item as a replacement. The value of the replacement item may not exceed the list price of the defective free item when ordered. Refunds or other compensation for price differences will not be entertained.
