I would like to hear from people who bought tablet from McBub.com in the past. I ordered and paid for a Cube U30GT2 10 days ago with paypal. The payment was confirmed and the order was under processing. Since I have not had any feedback from them nor they reply to my email enquiries regarding delivery or tracking no. I am getting a bit worried. Shall I wait a bit longer, or shall I cancel the order or contach paypal and try to get money back ? What's are your advices ?
Have tried the live chat but the operator just left halfway during the conversation. Had trouble reconnecting. It's just that they didn't answer emails that worrying and there is no word about shipping the tablet up to now.
I'd wait at least 15 - 20 days for the shipping. It's china …
I suppose if you are concerned, you could open a paypal dispute. At least that is likely to get an email response out of them.
IF it were me, I would probably give them another week, but keep an eye on the deadline for opening a paypal claim. Please post a follow-up on the outcome.
After 14 days of non action and no reply to my emails from McBub, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The reply was prompt and after a bit of delay, I got my refund. I really want to get this Cube U30gt2 tablet from them. But they don't give me any confident of dealing with them.

I haven't used them, but you might need to give them more than 10 days to deliver from China.
They have a live chat on their website, have you tried that?
