  Got it at myer for under $500 during Christmas. How is a refurbished phone at this price is a bargain is beyond me!

  So iPad 5 is just around the corner and may push prices lower. iPad 5 may be priced lower for new. As far as pricing goes for refurbished iPad 4, when iPad 5 is out, they will probably not be too much difference.

  I had to buy one last week (for reasons I won't go into) - $489 new from GoodGuys.
  No deal for a refurb!

  Edit: This would be a bargain if OfficeWorks could price match it ;)
