Hi guys,

I've got the Black/Grey Google Nexus 4 Poetic 'Borderline Bumper' Cases for sale on my eBay store.

Please do note that these Poetic Borderline Bumper Cases are the Revision 3 design so there shouldn't be any issues with the case splitting like in the previous revisions (1 & 2). In the rare case that you do find that there is any case splitting within the warranty period, send it back to me and I'll either replace it or refund your money.

Amazon is selling them for ~$34 shipped, Official Poetic store is selling them at a similar price. eBay US is selling them for approximately $17 shipped, but you'll have to wait around a week for it to arrive.

    I have one, paid about the same from US.

    Not really much advantage price wise, but a decent protection for the new toy.

    Yes, I know it is cheaper that RRP and Amazon and comparable with ebay (per what you have stated), but for me - I can never justify paying more than $5 for a plastic case.

    I bought a slim TPU smoked clear case off ebay for $2 delivered…it took a while to arrive, but I think I'd rather use the $2 one.

    I am not having a go at the OP/Seller…but the case is just over-inflated for maybe 20c worth of plastic/poly…

    Anyway, cases are a personal preference…so some may be willing to pay the price…

    Just bought one of the official bumpers last week. Pricey yes, but I love it! Very good quality. I'd recommend it

    Avoid these bumpers. Both mine and my friends fell apart after about a month of use.

    The official one is more expensive but actually stays together and is much nicer anyway.

      Fell apart as in the black reflective section came off? Looks like its stuck on, not the cleanest cut. Or do you mean the 1 piece of plastic / silicone broke?

        The lighter grey edge comes away from the dark grey case. This even happens with the New! Improved! Rev. 02 models.

        Avoid.

        EDIT: Looks like these are Rev. 03. They might have finally fixed the problems?

          Yeah the lighter grey sections comes apart. I'm not sure what revision I had so these might be ok if they are a later one.

          IMHO the official one is much nicer anyway. Thinner and the buttons are more usable.

      Hi guys,

      As I said in the description. These are Revision 3 design so the case splitting issue should be resolved. Before importing them in, I confirmed with the manufacturer that the issue was amended. If there is any case splitting, just send them back to me and I'll replace or refund.

      How is that product original? Even Says not Google OEM.
      Could be a great product, don't know…
