Hey guys, I have been buying games from mariio128 for a couple years now starting on ebay and then buying directly from their website. I have always had a good experience as far as getting what I payed for until my last order.
On January 8th 2013 I purchased three Xbox 360 games, one of which was 'Just Dance 4 for Kinect'. At the time of purchasing I was 100% sure that all the games stated that they worked in our region (PAL).
When I received the games, two of them were fine but the 'Just Dance 4' game said it will not work in my region.
I went back to their site and checked the product page and noticed it no longer said it works in PAL region. Annoyed and 100% positive it did say it would work at the time of buying, I contacted them via their online help center.
It has been almost 5 weeks since I first contacted them and four messages later and I am yet to receive a reply. All I am looking for is a refund or exchange.

And to prove myself right, I have found a cached version of the page from January 30th 2013 (22 days after I purchased the game) which clearly shows that it will work in PAL region.

I think it is bad service considering I have spent hundreds of dollars in their store and they can't even reply to me.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to try and get my money back?

Did you pay with Paypal? You could lodge a dispute. Otherwise you might have to lodge one with your credit card company.
Make sure you save/keep screenshots of that cached page, make sure you have all the evidence you can possibly get your hands on, and then take it further with either Paypal or your CC since it looks like the company isn't willing to help out
