Short Version - Went lolomgwtfbbq at EB games pricing then picked up a game at less than half price on the other side of the shopping centre…
According to google search the cheapestvrecognisabe place is Ozgameshop for $60.00… gamescafe is down at the moment so hard to get more information than that.
Long Version - Went to Carousel today for the heck of it and like usual, stroll through the same stores and rarely purchase anything I actually need. I originally went for football shorts.
Anywho I went through EB games to laugh at the overpriced games, then leaving like I usually do - empty handed. While there I noticed that Battlefield 3 premo here was being sold for $70. Was in the mood for an online shooter for my Xbox but certainly not at that price.
Then went for a stroll through JB Hifi looking at bedroom sized televisions not sufficiently educated enough to make a purchase just yet (something I am ashamed of being an ozbargainer and the amount of tv deals that get posted - if anyone can point me in the right direction for a decently priced hi def tv for xbox and blu ray please let me know).
Anyway went looking through the game aisles and noticed this game at less than half the price EB was asking, stickered at $34 bucks in fact
I was pretty confident I wouldn't get it much cheaper online so made the purchase. Just looked at their online price $44 - $10 bucks more than I got it for, so I've thrown my receipt up. You can see how its gone through for $44 originally then corrected…. what that means for others and whether they can get the same price… I don't know…
Anyway was looking forward to camping and fragging tonight but looks like the main tv has been booked so yeah help with the bedroom tv purchase would be great!
Cool story bro! But how is this a bargain?
