Not the cheapest 16GB USB drives around but a decent brand at a convenient (for most) store with no hassle returns if faulty.
Grey, Orange and Pink available
I am guessing these are just USB 2.0 at this price

Anyone know if this one is any better than the one KMart had on special recently?
Just guessing I'd say they all have the same flash memory.
I think the quality does vary a lot. Cheap drives have poor solder joints and cheap PCB. IMO its worth an extra dollar or 2 to buy a decent brand if you are placing important information on them.
Nothing worse than going to a meeting and suddenly you cant show an important powerpoint presentation because you wanted to save two dollars buying a cheap drive.
Edit: Besides these look sexy. They are a real chick magnet. What ya do it go into a bar and when you pull out your money pull a couple of these out also. I guarantee that you will get more women coming up to you than other USB drives. (Course they will think that its something else and wonder were you put in the batteries)
Sorry I should have been clearer I was referring to the Lexar drives, as in I would assume Lexar all have the same flash memory unless they have some utra premium drives.
Weren't the kmart drives Lexar?
:( my picking up days are long over, ahhh the good old days.
or how it compares to this $8 16gb at australia post?

Great price and should be posted on its own.
I would go with the Imation, as both drives have slow reported write speeds, but on average the Imation is slightly faster and cheaper:

My best pick for a great cheap USB2 drive right now is the 32GB from MyMemory, 15MB Write, 20MB Read, swivel design, $22.30 delivered using coupon code VC5 for 5% off. Mine has performed very well over the last year.

16GB USB Flash Drive Black is selling $7.99 for free shipping
Theses are a different USB drives. This is a Lexar S50 not the other Lexar twist drive.
As for which is better I will let others argue about that. IMO this looks sexy has better warranty though Big W.
Why bother posting this crap. They are drives with terrible performance
This is true these are known as bad bang for buck drives. You would pay the better part of $1*gb yet have one tenth of the performance the san disk extreme which is a Usb 3 technology.
16GB 2.0 Sandisk switch drive for $9.97. Bought one last week, relatively slow but does the trick. Worked faster after I formatted it to NFTS
